Keywestflorida - Visit Key West Florida

If you want a great vacation in the sun then you should head south to KeyWestFlorida, the southernmost point of the United States. There are a lot of things to see and do when you are in Key West and you certainly won't regret coming if you like being around people and enjoying a great nightlife. I travel to Keywestflorida every year in February, and of course it doesn't take me long because I live in South Florida already, but if you are driving from a Northern state you can expect to spend about 10 hours traveling through Florida on your way to Key West. Here are some of the things that I really enjoy about Key West.

There always seems to be something to do when you are in Key West. The streets are full of people shopping and walking around, some of them are just people watching, one of my favorite things to do in Key West. So during the day you can walk up and down Duval Street and enjoy the tourist shopping and all the sights. There are also some great beaches in the area and something that I enjoy doing is renting one of the scooters. You can get all the way around the island and really enjoy the sights on one of the scooters. After the sun goes down Key West really comes alive. If you have never experienced it then you are in for a treat. I start my evenings at Mallory Square, down at the boat docks. When the evening is approaching that are a lot of street performers that come out to amaze and dazzle the crowds, then we watch the sun go down and walk around town watching all the people.

So grab a local hotel room or bed and breakfast and a great map of the area and come enjoy all the KeyWestFlorida has to offer.
