When you think about hoteldeals what is it that comes to your mind? Do you think about someplace that is dirty, someplace that you wouldn't feel comfortable taking off your shoes or going to the bathroom, let alone sleeping under the sheets? Or perhaps you are thinking about someplace that is nice, reasonably priced and clean, located in a safe part of town near where you want to go? That is exactly what we think of when we think about hoteldeals.

Whenever my wife and I travel we always look for the best deals. We do this by going on some of the travel search websites such as expedia.com or Travelocity.com to see what kind of inexpensive hotels they have to offer. Often it is surprising that the hotels that are offering some of the best discounts are really well known hotels that have some great amenities. Often the reason that they do this is to be able to fill the rooms. I mean, a cheap room that is full is better than an expensive room that is empty and the hotel chains know this.

After you find the discount hotel deal that you are looking for then it is good that you take the time to look at some of the hotel review websites to see what other people are saying about the hotel. Is it clean? Were they comfortable and friendly? Is it in a good part of town? These are things that I like to know before I take the time to book my hotel. Also make sure you call the hotel desk to see if they can give you an even deeper discount, remember they don't know you and it often works. Enjoy your stay!
